Ascites, commonly referred to as water belly, is caused by physiological and metabolic changes leading to the excess accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity. The disease is more scientifically known as pulmonary hypertension syndrome.

The main symptoms are - Dilated abdomen (”water belly”), Dyspnoea (panting, accompanied with gurgling sounds, even in the absence of apparent heat stress).  Possible cyanosis  - a blue discolouration of the skin. Poor bird development and cyanosis around the comb and wattles and muscle tissue can be seen in poultry affected by ascites.

Dosage & Application: Mix the recommended dosage in drinking water or feed

For 1000 kgs animal body weight - Dose 200 gm per day 

For 100 kgs animal body weight - Dose 20 gm per day 

For 10 kgs animal body weight - Dose 2 gm per day 

Duration of treatment: Use during treatment or for 15-30 days

For Prevention: Use regularly, give every day, for good and preventive results 

Pour in water bowls or feeding trays, consume within 24 hours 

Use Only One Medicine At A Time Per Day
